Libellé de saisie (TDragControlLabel)
Les contrôles TDragControlLabel affiche un texte statique et contrôle la position d'un contrôle sur la forme. En déplaçant le DragContrôleLabel le contrôle associé est automatiquement déplacé.
Ils sont généralement utilisés pour afficher le libellé associé à un champs de saisie.
